    “TAG-KC” Finalizes PMP Course

     

    Amman – The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Center (TAG-KC) has finalized the Project Management Professional (PMP) training course, which included 45 hours of training.
    The course has been offered by trainer Ahmad Shbitah and has tackled the introduction of the concepts and basics of project management, the approved approach to manage them, and applying the acquired expertise and skills to real-life projects.
    The participants were introduced to the basic principles of technology projects and their specificity and the obstacles and difficulties that those in charge of them may face. They were also provided with the skills of preparing, implementing, managing, and analyzing large projects, in addition to studying and analyzing a project’s life cycle, starting from planning and starting the project to implementation, monitoring, control, and closure.
    The course focused on the knowledge areas of project management related to the project’s life cycle, providing the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass the exam, in addition to the necessary skills, tools, methodologies, and means that guarantee the implementation of a successful project within the required specifications, available budget, and specified timeframe.
